KS3 History Project ‘Show and Tell’
Back to Latest NewsThe Sixth Form Common Room buzzed with excitement this week as Key Stage 3 students (Years 7 to 9) showcased their impressive history projects at the 'Show and Tell' event.
The room was transformed into a vibrant historical tapestry, featuring a variety of projects and presentations. Highlights included a working trebuchet, detailed recreations of trenches and battle grounds, board games on topics such as the Romans, Tudors, The Black Death and Greek Mythology, models, PowerPoint presentations, family history displays, and the exploration of lesser-known histories.
The passion and enthusiasm of the students was evident in every project, captivating the attending teachers and sparking lively discussions.
The event was a testament to the students' exceptional attitude towards learning, with everyone showing great respect for each other's presentations. A variety of teachers enjoyed engaging with the projects, offering praise and encouragement.
This 'Show and Tell' event not only highlighted the students' hard work and creativity but also fostered a deeper appreciation for history with all attendees.
A huge ‘well done’ to everyone who participated. With such a successful display, anticipation is already building for the next event in the summer!
